Rates

Unless other arrangements are made, the posted support rates are as follows:

Scheduled Support (between 9AM to 5PM): $95/hour
Off-Hours Scheduled Support (between 5PM to 9AM): $125/hour
Emergency Support (response within 1 hour; anytime, anyday): $175/hour
